Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

 

Start your morning with this tasty smoothie!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 
  • 1banana
  • 2 tsp BeeNZ Manuka UMF5+ 
  • Coconut Whipped cream
  • Ice
  • Coconut flakes and blueberries to top if desired. 

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smoothie consistency.  

Divide into glasses, top with coconut flakes and blueberries and enjoy!
