We are beyond excited to be a B Corp certified business. The whole team have embraced strong social policies, robust environmental management system and are committed to “doing business for good”.
B Corp certified businesses envision a global economy that uses business as a force for good. B Corps must demonstrate high social and environmental performance and exhibit transparency by allowing information about our performance to be measured against B Lab standards. In August 2022 we made a legal commitment by changing our governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders.
We have a dedicated Wellbeing Program in place which we have named “The Good Buzz”. Every month we have a different activity in which the team all take part in. So far for 2022 we have celebrated International Women’s Day, put our brains to the test in a workplace wide Wordle competition, shared dishes from around the world and learnt some sign language.
