Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• NZ:
  • Standard Delivery NZ Wide - $10.50
  • Rural Delivery - $15.00
  • Free Shipping on orders over $100.00

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

• BeeNZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

• We ship to many countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
• International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be borne by the recipient.
