Baked Feta Block with Mānuka Honey

Elevate your appetiser game with this quick and flavorful Honey-Roasted Feta featuring BeeNZ Mānuka UMF5+ Honey. In just minutes, creamy feta is baked until warm, topped with rich Mānuka honey and thyme, then broiled to golden perfection. Serve it with crackers, fresh fruit, or nuts for an effortlessly elegant bite that's sure to impress.

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • Feta cheese block
  • BeeNZ Mānuka UMF5+ honey
  • Bread or crackers
  • Pair with grapes, nuts or dried fruit

Instructions:

  1. Heat oven to 400F/ 204 C
  2. Line baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Place feta block in baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Make sure feta block does not melt.
  5. Remove from oven and paint feta block with BeeNZ Mānuka UMF5+ honey and place thyme sprigs on top.
  6. Adjust oven to broil and place baking dish in oven.
  7. Broil for 3-5 minutes or longer till block is caramelized.
  8. Remove from oven and plate. Enjoy with your favorite epicurean sides.
